Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that orders for custom, handmade nails require a processing time of 3-5 business days. All other orders will be processed within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Europe. For international orders outside of Europe, please contact us via email at vidali@gmx.de or send us a message on Instagram at @vidali.sphere, and we'll be happy to assist you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the order. You will be able to view shipping fees at checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders over 250€.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you.

How to order a custom piece from me?
To order a custom-made Buntebussis wig, extension, headpiece, or hair art, simply send your request along with your vision, mood board, and budget to buntebussis@gmail.at or send me a direct message on Instagram at @buntebussis. I’ll work with you to bring your unique idea to life!
How to glue a wig?
My go-to product for securing wigs is Got2b Glue, but you can also use wig tape or wig glue. To apply, gently attach the wig lace to your temples. Tip: Use a headband around the wig to press it firmly onto your forehead. Let it dry for 2-5 minutes, and your wig will be securely in place!
How to apply extensions?
Start by selecting a section of your hair where you'd like to add the extension. Lightly spray your hair with hairspray, and backcomb if needed for extra volume. Then, clip in the extensions using the attached hair clips. Once in place, you’re all set for a gorgeous look!

What materials do you use for your jewelry?
For my chainmail pieces, I use high-quality stainless steel jump rings. Stainless steel is durable, tarnish-resistant and maintains a shiny finish. For the pendants, I use SN99Cu1 solder, which is lead-free and skin-safe. I also incorporate a variety of pearls and crystal beads.
Do you offer size adjustments or repair guarantees?
Yes! I want you to be 100% happy with your piece. If you need a size adjustment, simply contact me via email at vidali@gmx.de or through Instagram @faeandforge within 30 days of receiving your item, and I’ll make the necessary adjustments.
For repairs, I offer a one-year guarantee. If a component like a spike falls off or a chainmail link breaks, I’ll repair it free of charge. For both size adjustments and repairs, you only need to cover shipping costs.
If a larger element, such as a pendant, needs repair, I’ll ask that you cover the material costs, but my work for the repair is free.
How do I measure myself?
To ensure a perfect fit before ordering, simply use a measuring tape around the area you want the piece to fit. For example, when measuring for a necklace or choker, wrap the tape evenly around your neck. If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or fabric to measure, marking where the ends meet, then use a ruler to determine the length.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, water, and perfumes. To clean your piece, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. For detailed areas, a Q-tip can be used to reach harder-to-clean spots. For sea shells, I personally recommend using a tiny amount of baby oil to restore their natural shine if they appear dull.
How can I make my pendant less spiky?
If you'd like to soften the spikes on your pendant, you can use a nail file to gently file them down to your desired level.

How do I measure my nails?
To measure your nails for press-ons, start by using a ruler or measuring tape (in millimeters). Measure the width of your nail bed from left to right and the length from the cuticle to the tip of each finger. Record the measurements in millimeters and send them to nails.asyouwish@outlook.com for your custom press-on set. Feel free to adjust the shape or size as needed!

How long do the nails last?
With proper application, press-on nails can last up to 2 weeks when glued. For a temporary look, use adhesive tabs, which provide wear for up to 3 days.
What comes with my press-on nail order?
Each set includes:

• Application and removal instructions
How do I apply the nails?
1. Clean and prep your nails using the kit provided.
2. Select the correct sizes and apply glue or adhesive tabs to each nail.
3. Press each nail down firmly for 10–15 seconds.
How do I remove press-on nails?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Gently lift the edges with the cuticle stick provided. Avoid forcing the nails off to prevent damage.
How do I care for my press-on nails?
Avoid water & excess moisture. For the first 2 hours after application, avoid exposing your nails to water or moisture to allow the adhesive to fully set.
Be mindful of impact. While press-on nails are durable, avoid heavy impact or excessive pressure (like tapping on hard surfaces) to prevent breakage.
Moisturize your hands and cuticles regularly to keep them hydrated. Use cuticle oil to maintain the health of your natural nails and surrounding skin.
Avoid harsh chemicals. Be cautious when cleaning with harsh chemicals, as they can weaken the adhesive bond. Wear gloves when using cleaning products, and remove press-ons before using acetone or other strong solvents.

Can I use the hair accessories just for hair?
You can use all my creations in any way you want to wear them. They are purposely made for multifunctional use.
How can I clean my pearl bra?
Anything with fabric, like the bralettes or bows, is washable by hand in cool water (not too hot).
